Lil Lambs 2 months - 15 months
Individualized Care & Development
Our infant program is designed for intimacy and high-quality engagement, maintaining a maximum of only six infants per day with a supportive 1:3 teacher-to-child ratio. This small group setting ensures your child receives the focused, personalized attention they deserve. We offer a flexible, development-based environment where babies can sleep on demand and reach milestones at their own unique pace. We understand that the transition to group care is a significant step; our teachers are expertly trained to support your child through this phase with deep empathy and patience.
Milestones & Transitions
We follow your infant’s lead, gradually introducing elements of the toddler routine as they approach 9 months. Children typically transition to our Lil’ Sprouts classroom between 12 and 15 months. This move is carefully timed based on classroom availability, family preference, and your child’s individual developmental readiness.
Nutrition
The First 9 Months: Families provide all meals to ensure personal feeding preferences and dietary needs are maintained during this foundational stage. Starting at 9 months, ELLC provides full meal service, including breakfast, lunch, and two snacks.
Families are welcome to continue providing meals from home in the infant classroom, provided they consist of finger foods that meet the same USDA nutritional standards followed by our center.
Daily Communication
We utilize the Brightwheel app for seamless updates on your child’s day. Each day, you can expect a digital record of Feedings, Nap Times & Duration, Diapering & Personal Care as well as Photos of your child’s daily discoveries and interactions.
