DirectorCaitlin brings 15 years of dedicated experience to our program, having served as our Director for the past five years. After earning her Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Education in 2012, she continued her professional development by pursuing advanced coursework in Business Management, blending educational expertise with strong leadership.

Since stepping into her role as Director, Caitlin has inspired six of our teachers to further their formal education in Early Childhood Education. Her leadership ensures that our staff is not only highly qualified but deeply invested in the future of our students.
Caitlin credits her knowledge and success as a Director to the guidance of her own previous Director, who served as a transformative mentor. This experience instilled in her a deep belief in the power of professional investment—a legacy she is passionate about continuing. Today, Caitlin is dedicated to providing that same inspiration and support to her own team, empowering her teachers to reach their full potential just as her mentor did for her.
Carmen M.
Program SupervisorCarmen joined our team three and a half years ago, bringing the invaluable "real-world" experience and natural instincts she gained while raising her own two children. Her dedication to excellence and exceptional communication with families allowed her to rise quickly into a leadership role within our center.
Professional Growth & Expertise:
Academic Achievement: Since joining us, Carmen has successfully earned her Initial ECE Certificate and her Short ECE Certificate of Specialization. She is currently pursuing her State ECE Certificate to further enhance her expertise.
Staff Mentorship: In her current role, Carmen specializes in training our educators on effective classroom management and the art of scaffolding activities within the curriculum to meet each child’s developmental level.
Building Community: She is a passionate advocate for the parent-teacher partnership, helping our staff master the art of clear, warm, and professional family communication.
You will frequently find Carmen in the classrooms, modeling our high standards of care and mentorship to ensure consistency across the center. Her straightforward yet "goofy" personality brings a unique, joyful energy to our team, making her both a respected leader and a favorite among staff and students.

Co-Lead Lil Lamb TeacherTeacher Mary has been the heart of our infant classroom for nearly six years. Known for her dynamic yet nurturing personality, she builds instant, trusting connections with both the babies in her care and their families.
As one of our most praised educators, Mary has truly earned her nickname, "Mama Mary." She excels at creating a warm, welcoming environment that feels like a second home for the families we serve. Mary is passionate about enriching the children’s linguistic development; she loves speaking to the infants in Spanish and incorporating American Sign Language (ASL) into their daily interactions. By introducing these multi-modal communication tools early on, she helps children express their needs and build a strong foundation for future language skills. Her unique specialty lies in supporting our littlest learners during mealtime; she has a remarkable gift for helping babies who struggle with feeding to feel comfortable and successful while at the center.

Co-Lead Lil Sprout TeacherTeacher Miranda joined our team with over 20 years of experience and has been a vital part of our community for the past two and a half years. Known for her calm and gentle demeanor, she creates a sanctuary of safety and comfort, making her a go-to person for children seeking reassurance. Her true specialty lies in her creativity—she has a remarkable talent for designing engaging, joyful activities that spark curiosity and keep the children excited to learn every day.

Co-Lead Lil Llama TeacherAlma joined our team this year, bringing an incredible foundation of over sixteen years of experience in early childhood care. She is currently furthering her expertise by pursuing her Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Education, blending her extensive practical knowledge with the latest academic insights.
Alma’s empathetic approach is certain to make her a favorite among both the children and families. She is eager to enrich our curriculum by incorporating more Spanish language, providing the children with a beautiful head start in bilingual learning. Additionally, Alma is dedicated to a nurturing guidance model, ensuring that discipline is handled with the warmth and emotional support that helps children thrive. We are so excited to support her as she grows within our classroom and our center community.

She is currently working on completing her Short ECE Certificate to further enhance the expertise and specialized knowledge she brings to her students.
Tashala’s balanced teaching style—firm yet deeply nurturing—has made her a trusted favorite among our children and families. She possesses a remarkable talent for supporting children through "big emotions," using calm redirection and patience to help them navigate difficult moments.
Even in a high-energy classroom, Tashala shows incredible resilience and poise. Her true specialty lies in her commitment to consistency; by maintaining clear expectations and a steady daily routine, she ensures that every child feels secure, confident, and prepared for what comes next.

Co-Lead Honey Bee TeacherYasmine joined our team this year, bringing three years of valuable experience working with children. She is currently taking the next step in her professional career by applying for scholarships to begin her formal Early Childhood Education (ECE) coursework this upcoming quarter.
Yasmine’s unique blend of a calm demeanor and a fun-loving spirit allows her to build deep, meaningful connections with the children. She is a true advocate for hands-on learning—never shying away from a messy project—and is constantly researching creative new activities to spark curiosity in the classroom. We are excited to support Yasmine as she embarks on her formal educational journey in ECE this coming year, watching her translate her natural talents into professional expertise.
